Return & Exchange Policy

At Downtown, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange based on the conditions below.

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

3. Any issue related to defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

4. Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and verified.

5. COD order refunds may be processed through store credit, wallet, or bank transfer based on our support team’s confirmation.

6. Items purchased during special offers, clearance sales, combo offers, or free product promotions are not eligible for return. They may be eligible for exchange only, depending on the offer.

7. For hygiene reasons, accessories, innerwear, socks, perfumes, masks, and similar personal-use items are non-returnable.

8. Footwear can be exchanged only if it is unused, clean, and returned with the original box and packaging.

9. A reverse pickup or shipping fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund in case of returns.

10. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative option may be provided.

11. Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

12. Downtown reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the return conditions.
